  • Laura McCarthy

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Laura has been teaching the Pilates method in its various forms for over 14 years, witnessing profound transformations in her own body and in the lives of those she’s had the privilege to guide.

From the moment she attended her first mat class, she was captivated—drawn in by the precision, depth, and elegance of the method. What began as a personal practice quickly evolved into a professional path. After progressing from student to mat instructor, Laura’s passion deepened further when she discovered the full breadth of studio apparatus and the expansive repertoire they offer. This inspired her to complete a Diploma of Pilates and Movement Therapy, refining her expertise and expanding her approach.

Complementing her Pilates qualifications, Laura also holds credentials in exercise science, nutrition, and massage therapy. Her approach is deeply holistic—rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful foundation for lasting wellness. Through her teaching, she aims to empower others to move with intelligence, live with vitality, and cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies.
